SHARE has recently added an autism resource library for our families to enjoy. We have many different books that cover all aspects of the spectrum. We have books of social skills, Aspergerís syndrome, raising children on the spectrum, IEP planning, Temple Grandin, parent relationships, and much more. There is also an assortment of DVDs to help build many skills. Other resources we have are weighted blankets and vests, light and sound machines, etc.
Books, DVD, and other resources can be checked out of the library by families. Families can test weighted blankets and vests out to see if they work for their child. The books and DVDs are a great way to get much need information at no cost.
Come look through our library and check something out today!
